TitanMe 0.2 FAQ
Van deployed mobile charging for fleets, construction and events.
What is TitanMe and how does it work?
TitanMe is a 50 to 60kWh battery system mounted inside a standard van, delivering up to 200kW of charging output. It drives to where vehicles need charging rather than requiring vehicles to come to a fixed charger. The entire system is self contained and AI managed. Park up, plug in and the unit handles everything including load management, session billing and battery health monitoring.
How many vehicles can TitanMe charge per day?
This is where the LTO battery chemistry transforms the economics. A conventional LFP battery unit takes around an hour to recharge itself, limiting a mobile charger to perhaps 4 or 5 jobs in a 10 hour day. TitanMe uses LTO cells that recharge at 4C, meaning a full refill takes approximately 15 minutes at a rapid charger. That cuts the turnaround time dramatically and enables around 11 charging jobs per day. It is a 2 to 2.5 times revenue multiplier over any competitor using LFP.
What is TitanMe best suited for?
Fleet operators who need to charge vehicles at depots or remote locations without fixed infrastructure. Construction sites where grid power is unavailable or unreliable. Event organisers needing temporary charging for attendees or VIP fleets. Any scenario where you need significant charging power delivered to a location on a scheduled or ad hoc basis. TitanMe fills the gap between the small recovery focused MobileMe and the permanent containerised FreeMe.
What type of van is used for TitanMe?
TitanMe is designed to fit within a standard large panel van. The battery system, power electronics and cable management are all integrated into a purpose built racking system that maximises the available payload capacity. The specific van model can be specified to suit your fleet requirements and the unit can be transferred between vehicles if needed.
How does the AI management work on TitanMe?
Every TitanMe unit connects to the PowerMe AI platform which monitors and manages the battery at individual cell level. It optimises charge distribution to prevent hot spots, balances cells to maintain uniform degradation and schedules recharging based on upcoming bookings and route planning. Operators access the platform through the PowerMe mobile application to manage scheduling, view battery status and track revenue per unit in real time.
What warranty does TitanMe come with?
TitanMe carries a 10 year warranty on the battery system. LTO chemistry is rated for 20,000 plus charge cycles compared to around 3,000 for standard LFP batteries. At high utilisation rates of 11 jobs per day, that translates to years of reliable service before any degradation becomes noticeable. On a leasing arrangement, battery maintenance and replacement is our responsibility throughout the contract term.
